Brief & Discovery
We start by asking what you're working on — what's running, what's finishing, and what you'd want people to see. If you have site photos or drawings, they help. We agree what the images are for before we agree anything else.
Proposal & Advance
Based on the discovery phase, we provide a proposal covering scope, timeline and what you receive. Upon approval, a 50% advance secures the dates in our calendar.
The Shoot Day
We arrive early to map the path of the sun. Shooting spaces is a waiting game — we move methodically through the space, allowing natural light to dictate our schedule. We tether to an iPad so you can review compositions in real time.
What we'll need on the day:
- The space styled and ready — your team or ours, agreed beforehand
- All lights must have working bulbs of matching color temperature
- Site access secured for the entire day (often dawn to dusk)
Post Production
The digital darkroom is where the cinematic feel is finalized. We composite multiple exposures to balance interior and exterior light, correct perspective distortion, clean up minor site imperfections, and apply a consistent grade across the whole set.
Final Delivery
Within 1-2 weeks, you receive a link to a private gallery for review. Once final payment is settled, high-resolution and web-optimized files are released with agreed usage rights.
