Brief & Discovery
We begin by understanding your vision. You provide plans, existing site photos, and a brief outlining the key architectural moments, materials, and specific angles you need captured. We discuss the intended mood and usage of the final assets.
Proposal & Advance
Based on the discovery phase, we provide a detailed proposal including shot counts, timeline, and logistics. Upon approval, a 50% advance secures the dates in our calendar.
The Shoot Day
We arrive early to map the path of the sun. Shooting architecture is a waiting game — we move methodically through the space, allowing natural light to dictate our schedule. We tether to an iPad so you can review compositions in real time.
Shoot Day Requirements:
- Space must be fully cleaned and styled
- All lights must have working bulbs of matching color temperature
- Site access secured for the entire day (often dawn to dusk)
Post Production
The digital darkroom is where the cinematic feel is finalized. We composite multiple exposures to balance interior and exterior light, correct perspective distortion, clean up minor site imperfections, and apply our signature color grade.
Final Delivery
Within 2–3 weeks, you receive a link to a private gallery for review. Once final payment is settled, high-resolution and web-optimized files are released with agreed usage rights.
